We are already into the first week of the Tofino Hot Cocoa Trail and love seeing all of the excitement from folks sampling these sweet treats! Thank you all for the support in spreading the word about the Hot Cocoa Trail – posts, reels, and stories are all very helpful in making this project a success. We have just received our tent cards this week to display at the point of sale of participating businesses, and some of the storefronts and accommodation providers.

In case you missed it, Jessyca Fulsom of Ouest Artisan Patisserie and Amorita Adair of Gaia Grocery were interviewed on CBC’s All Points West by Jason D’Souza about their offerings and inspiration for the Trail. You can listen to their interview from November 28th here.
We also have created a virtual checklist that folks can screenshot on our Instagram through the “Tofino Hot Cocoa Trail” highlight on our page.
As a reminder, we are also running an Instagram contest until December 10th. The ask is for folks to take a photo or video with their hot cocoa, post it to Instagram and tag and follow Tourism Tofino and the business their drink is from, including the hashtag #TofinoHotCocoa to be entered to win a cozy winter giveaway (see below).
