Wanderlust and adventure are at the heart of what we do. The Visitor Services team has been working behind the scenes to track lessons, tours & activity vacancies, and create positive word-of-mouth referrals.
We have attended 10 ‘FAM tours’ in 2023 to familiarize ourselves with the people and products that create such exceptional visitor experiences, including a recent Journey into History with Moses Martin at Clayoquot Wild.
In our experience, FAMs provide an opportunity for businesses to share their knowledge, test drive a new tour, or train staff. These tours are not required for us to recommend members, as we practice fair rotation in our referrals.
