You may have seen recently that in partnership with BC Parks (Clayoquot Region), we launched an Instagram photo contest that will be open until March 1.
The goals are 1) for BC Parks to find a cover photo for their new print brochure and 2) for Tourism Tofino to acquire usage rights to new images. This contest is open to everyone, and local residents are invited to tag their best Clayoquot Sound photos with #clayoquotcovershot. Prizes, for winning photographers selected by BC Parks, are as follows, and were solicited by BC Parks staff:
1st prize: Photo printed on the BC Parks (Clayoquot) brochure with credit + a 40-minute seaplane flight and swag from Atleo Air River Service,
2nd prize: $200 gift certificate and swag from Pluvio Restaurant and Rooms
3rd prize: $100 gift certificate and swag from Tacofino Cantina
