While the first 6 months of 2021 remained turbulent for resort occupancy, once non-essential travel restrictions were lifted in mid-June summer visitor volumes grew to near 2019 levels. Visitor volumes continued to be strong through September and October however year-to-date occupancy levels are still 13% below 2019 levels.
