Tourism Tofino is now offering the SuperHost – Foundations of Service Quality course, a practical introduction to customer service skills including:

  • communication etiquette and best practices
  • business case and return on investment
  • teamwork, service recovery and problem-solving

Ensure customer satisfaction and create brand loyalty, by enrolling your front-line employees in this 6-hour course.

We have scheduled our first 4 course dates:
February 12 & 13 – Tuesday & Wednesday: 5:30-8:30pm
March 2 – Saturday: 10am-4pm
March 25 & 26 – Monday & Tuesday:5:30-8:30pm
April 13 – Saturday: 10am-4pm

If you have 10 or more staff we can arrange a private course for your team.  We are also aware that not all small businesses will have their full complement of staff by mid-April so we will be adding course dates as the season approaches.  If there is a date that works well for you & your team please let us know.
